Warranty and Complaints

Warranty

All products we sell are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have as a consumer. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not function properly under normal use, you are entitled to an appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • or a (partial) refund

The warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by:

  • incorrect or improper use
  • damage caused by dropping, impact, or water damage
  • normal wear and tear
  • modifications or repairs carried out by third parties without our permission
  • Any manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? We are sorry to hear that and would be happy to resolve the issue together with you.

Please describe your complaint as clearly as possible and, if applicable, include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will confirm receipt of your complaint as soon as possible and respond with a substantive reply within 14 days at the latest.
