Q: How much are the shipping costs?

You can find this information in your shopping cart. Add the product to your cart, click on “Proceed to checkout,” and scroll down to the shipping method section. If you live in Belgium, first change the country to Belgium to see the correct shipping costs.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

You can find an indication of the delivery time in your shopping cart under “Shipping method.” Please note that this is only an estimate. The actual delivery time will be shown in the track & trace information if your order is shipped with GLS.

Q: Does Nedlandic offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to various countries. The available shipping options and costs are displayed during the checkout process. For countries outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria, please send an email to orders@nedlandic.com .

Q: Can I choose a different billing and delivery address?

Yes, this is possible. In the shopping cart, at the bottom of the delivery address page, you can check the box “I would like to use a different billing address.”

Q: Is it possible to collect my order?

Yes, in many cases it is possible to collect your order by appointment from our warehouse. Please always call in advance to check if the product is in stock. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and are therefore not available in our warehouse in Kootwijkerbroek.

Q: I have received a damaged/incorrect item.

Please send an email to orders@nedlandic.com describing what is damaged or incorrect and include a photo of the item. We will take care of it as soon as possible.

Q: Will I receive a track & trace code?

For shipments sent with GLS, you will receive a track & trace code. Please note that this email may sometimes end up in your spam folder. For shipments sent via freight transport, a track & trace code is unfortunately not always available.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our customer service at orders@nedlandic.com before the order has been shipped.
